Under “front” there are 75 sts on the length of scrap yarn. The back is made the same for another 75 sts. Under “lower body,” two sets of 9 cast on sts are added for a total of 18 cast on sts. 75 + 75 + 18 = 168. But the sts after joining for working in the rnd shows 170. To make the bottom k3, p3 ribbing work out, I will dec 0 st in St st sections of both front and back instead of dec 1 as instructed.

I think it’s because I assume they go about their little-kid lives and forget all about me when I’m not there, and when presented with evidence to the contrary, I’m flattered. Especially artsy stuff like this. She looks very cute and spunky! And good taste – that tall chair is cool.
