Oh my Goodness! It’s been a WHILE, you guys!  We are getting all settled in at our new house, Nathan’s been here in CO for his first whole week now, and I think that we’re even starting to get a real bedtime routine going for the girls.

Whew, right? Because I am TIRED.

I’ve been getting a bit of knitting in, though not taking too many pics:

This is my Late Summer Holden, in Lorna’s Laces Solemate (color: Franklin’s Panopticon.) I’m hosting a Holden knit-along for this pretty shawlette over on the Craftsy blog.

In the knitting world, I’ve been getting the last details of my new book with Chronicle finished up, and have been working on a few magazine projects & articles (I’ll have pieces in upcoming issues of: KnitScene, Knitting Today, Knit.Wear, Knitty, and Petite Purls.)

SO. I’m still here. The home office is almost set up, and once it is and we are really settled in and on a schedule I hope to pop back in here more often!!

Some of you may know that I’ve been doing some blogging over on the Craftsy blog. Well, this week I decided to start a little Knit-Along.

I’ve been a fan of Mindy Wilkes’ Holden Shawlette since I first saw it, and even more after having met Mindy and seeing the shawl in person at TNNA.

I’ve also got some gorgeous Lorna’s Laces Solemate in “Franklyn’s Panopticon”, a perfect late summer colorway, and the two seem like a perfect match!

I’m even giving one skein away along with today’s Craftsy blog post!

Wow! A LOT has happened since my last post!

We’ve moved, and are getting settled into our new home in Colorado, thanks to our parents who are just invaluable helpers.
